How to reserve a trip ?

Choose an experience on the website. You can use the search filters to find the experience that suits you best. Then choose a day and time and book by creating an account or logging into your existing account. Last but not least, proceed to payment and you will receive a confirmation via email. 

How long do I have so that I can cancel my order free of charge ?

All orders can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours after ordering.

The booked trip can be canceled and fully refunded up to 7 days before the trip. After this period, the trip cannot be reimbursed except for a major event (see the general conditions of sale).

What to do if the connection has been disrupted during the visit ?

Click on the same link to reconnect, the guide will resume the visit right from the you got disconnected. 

Can I book several visits at the same time ?

Yes, you can order as many travel experiences as you want.

I haven’t received a confirmation by email, what to do ?

Check your spam. In any case, you can access your customer account to see the details of your order.

Do I have to create an account to book an experience ?

To make the most of your experience, receive alerts and other information about your visit, you must create an account. It will only be used for this purpose.

What do I need to benefit from my experience ?

All you need is a proper connection and a computer with audio and video streaming to make the most of your experience.

Will I be with other people during the visit ?

No, this is a private experience. On the other hand, if you want, you can of course enjoy the trip with family or friends from home.

Will the guide see me through video ?

Yes, the guide will be able to see you to favor discussion and sharing around your experience.

In which language will my visit take place ?

The visit will be in English or French according to your desires.

Can I have a replay of my visit after having done it ?

Travel Me trips are live experiences. To maintain the authenticity and confidentiality of the time you spend, there will be no replay available after the visit.

I lost my login details, what should I do ?

In the “connect” section you can click on forgotten password; a link will be sent to you to reset your password.

How to gift a trip ?

You must select the theme of your e-gift voucher then validate your order; you can add a personalized message then validate the payment. Following which, send your gift voucher by email or print it directly. Your recipient will of course be able to change the theme if they prefer another travel experience. After having validated their choice, he will receive a link to participate in the experience.

 

How to connect to the travel experience ?

After validation and payment, you will receive a zoom link 48 hours before the beginning of your travel experience. On the D-day, you just have to click on it to connect and get in touch with your guide.

How to make Zoom work ?

You just have to click on the Zoom link to be able to attend your visit. You do not have to have a Zoom account; a simple Guest entry is enough to enjoy your experience.

Will I have any currency charges while paying ?

No, you will not have any currency fees and will pay in your own currency.

How does the gift voucher work ?

Go to the Travel me website, create an account to connect. Then choose the experience you like, confirm your choice, and enter your gift voucher code in the space which is provided. After validation, you will receive the connection link 48 hours before you begin your visit.
